2017 Was A Very Tasty Year

I got to eat around a lot this year. Some of the trips were of my own planning, whereas I was sent to the others on assignment in my capacity as a journalist specializing in culinary tourism. If you plan to visit any of of these 15 locales in 11 countries, these are the meal experiences that I found most memorable. Not all of these restaurants are hot, trendy and new. In fact, if anything, I confess to a bias for the old classics that maintain the consistency of their quality over time.
